Reverting QLM License v9 to v7

I`ve installed the trial version of QLM manager v9 to test some funcionalities, but it looks like that I need to use v7. I`ve unistalled QLM Manager v9 and tried to install v7. When running the installer I just get this message:

"An administrator has blocked you from running this app"

 

I've tried to download the installer again(https://soraco.co/products/qlm/perm/qlmsetup7.exe), but no success.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro

  Hi Henrique

   

  1. The error "An administrator has blocked you from running this app" is a Windows error and is not related to QLM.

  I googled it and came across this article which may help.

  2. Regarding downloading QLM 7, can you clarify what "no success" means? What happened?

  I deleted your previous post because you gave away your license key. This is a public forum.

  In response to your question, try the following:

  - Uninstall QLM

  - Delete all the files in C:\Program Files\Soraco\QuickLicenseMgr

  - Reinstall QLM
