    1. As per our EULA, your programmer requires a QLM license to use our API.

    2. You need to use the QLM Protect Your Application wizard (3rd tab) to generate the License validator class and settings file. You can then provide these to your developer along with the binaries available in the redistrib folder.

I do not have a license server and would like to use QLM Express. I have defined my product using a GUID, what files will he need from the C:\Program Files\Soraco\QuickLicenseMgr\Redistrib\.net 4.0 folder?

    Hi Victor

It depends on the programming language and the type of application. You mentioned VB in your first post. Is it VB6, VBA or VB.NET? Please provide as many details as possible.

    Regards

    John

For VB.NET, you need to ship:

    C:\Program Files\Soraco\QuickLicenseMgr\Redistrib\.net 4.0\QlmLicenseLib.dll

If you are using the QLM .NET User Control, you also need to ship:

    C:\Program Files\Soraco\QuickLicenseMgr\Redistrib\.net 4.0\QlmControls.dll

If you are using the QLM License Wizard, you also need to ship:

    C:\Program Files\Soraco\QuickLicenseMgr\Redistrib\.net 4.0\QlmLicenseWizard.exe

    Regards
