QlmLicenseWizard.exe loading wrong IsLicense50.dll

Hi John,

We have 32-bit and 64-bit versions of our software running with QLM 7. In the 32-bit version executable directory we include Redistrib\x86\IsLicense50.dll; in the 64-bit directory we include Redistrib\x64\IsLicense50.dll. We also include Redistrib\.net 2.0\QlmLicenseWizard.exe in both.

Running the wizard in the 32-bit directory with the /verbose setting, we get "Product ID: 0, Major: 0, Minor: 0, Public Key: Failed to create the license object. This can be due to: a missing IsLicense50.dll or the wrong IsLicense50.dll being loaded (x86 v/s x64)."

Running the wizard in the 64-bit directory with the /verbose setting, we get "Product ID: 3, Major: 20, Minor: 0, Public Key: CiCpM8cXcmafaA==".

Note that this is with QLM 7 (we are trying to better understand 7 so we can properly migrate to 9).
