    There are no known issues with the ReleaseLicense API. 

     

    If this issue is isolated to a single customer, you'd need to investigate client side issues, perhaps poor performance that results in a timeout... I would expect other APIs to have similar issues as well though.

     

    You should also check the Event Log on the QLM License Server to see if there's any error/warning that might give you a clue.
