QlmLicense.ReleaseLicense issue

 Hi

We are trying to resolve issue for our customer that constantly having trouble with releasing license, it seems their network is stable, is there any known issue on QLM side related? When response came from ReleaseLicense() method contains "<result>" tag, does it indicates the license has been released properly?

  There are no known issues with the ReleaseLicense API. 

   

  If this issue is isolated to a single customer, you'd need to investigate client side issues, perhaps poor performance that results in a timeout... I would expect other APIs to have similar issues as well though.

   

  You should also check the Event Log on the QLM License Server to see if there's any error/warning that might give you a clue.
