Missing Daily Activity Report

I'm missing the Daily Activity Report mentioned here: https://soraco.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204087610-How-to-send-yourself-a-weekly-report-of-orders How do I get that? I want to send monthly emails, but I don't see how to configure a table to list each user.

  Which version of QLM are you running (About tab / Check for Updates)?

  Hi Dave

  Please try the following:

  Copy the "daily activity" reports files from:

  C:\Program Files\Soraco\QuickLicenseMgr\EmailTemplates\

  to

  %AppData%\Soraco\Quick License Manager\Templates

  Then restart QLM.
