QLM simply doesn't work after latest update

    Hi Larry

    There are a couple things you need to do when upgrading the QLM Management Console:

    1. Upgrade your QLM Web Service as well
    2. Upgrade the DB schema (from Manage Keys / Sites / Upgrade DB Schema)

    After performing the two points above, if you still have issues, please send me more details so that I can help you diagnose these problems.

    John Thank you so much for the Lightning Fast responses.
    I was able to fix almost everything on the server side that was keeping the clients from their daily business.

    Remaining issues - and they seem very minor in comparison :)
    Loss of internet makes a license expire
    If a license expires its impossible to extend subscription and reactivate
    Unable to fully delete keys from registry
    My analytics has never worked in QLM
    Webpages in "getting started" are all dead
    Logging Feature not working from client to server(ex. Last Accessed, uninstalls, etc)
    If a previous key was used on the local machine it is impossible to activate a different one. (this one worries me because we are rolling out licensed plugins and addons soon that require their own identities)

    John> The DeleteKeys API should do the job. If it's not working for you, please give me more details.

    John> For Analytics to work, you need to call the Analytics API methods when a user installs or uninstalls your application (AddInstall, Updateinstall, RemoveInstall)
