Which C++ runtime is QLM V8 using?

I am getting a failure from my license code when running in a Visual studio 2015 CLI/managed C++ program.  The same dll works fine when running from a parent dll that is not using CLI/C++.

What C++ runtime is QLMv8 based on?  I need to know so I can determine if I have to refactor my old license code into different/new dll files.

  QLM uses MSVCRT 7.0.10586.0.
