Cannot release key from QLM console - SOAP error

Hi!

I have a QLM Console installed and I have today suddenly starting getting an error when I try to release a key. I was worried I had the wrong version so I upgraded to 7.2.15061.1 and that did not help and is also asking me to update the database which I REALLY DO NOT want to do as it would risk that our software will stop working.

 

The error message is:

Exception in releasing the key. Error: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction: http://www.interactive-studios.net/qlmweb/ReleaseKeyEx2.
at System.Web.Services.Protocols.Soap11ServerProtocolHelper.RouteRequest()
at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapServerProtocol.Initialize()
at System.Web.Services.Protocols.ServerProtocolFactory.Create(Type type, HttpContext context, HttpRequest request, HttpResponse response, Boolean& abortProcessing)

 

Please get back to me asap as this is causing us problems towards our customer when we need to activate and release keys.

  The latest message you are getting is due to the fact that your QLM Management Console is running a more recent version than the server. You either need to upgrade the server or downgrade the client.
