Licencing vs software certificate?

Hi,

This is a newbie question from a potential customer. If I use your licencing tool (probably QLM Express with FastSpring), does is include software digital certification? Or do I still have to buy a publisher certificate from certification authority like Symantec or DigiCert and "sign" my app? This is a Windows .exe program.

Any suggestion appreciated.

  A rep from Soraco answered my phone message (thanks for coming back to me quickly).

  In short, the answer is no. I need to sign my app first, then wrap it with the Soraco solution for licencing.
