QLM Pro keys storage and access

One of our end users is having problems with their license. The end user's IT person logged into the PC under an IT-specific admin account, installed our software, and activated the license. They then logged out and when the user logs in, our software doesn't pick up any license registration on that pc.

From the docs it looks like StoreKeys saves the keys to the logged-in user's registry, and the local machine as well. But from the sound of it, the end user's account is not picking up the registry entries.

Is it possible to find the registry entries for a license? I tried searching on my pc's registry for our product's guid, and there is one key with a few sub-keys within hkey_users. Is that what I should expect to find? Is there any reason you know of why a user's account wouldn't be able to access the machine-level license keys?
