Activation to another key failed

Hello 

I have deployed my application to several computers on my customer site. I have differents activation keys according to the application options . 

One one computer, I'm trying to change the activation key to another using the wizard form, using online activation . Everything seems ok the wizard show the activation with the new keys is ok but the new license is not activate on the computer. 

 

On the QLM server side, there is no activation log for today. But when I unfold the license I can find the computer activated !!

 

I am blocked on that computer. I can delivere the application with the right license my customer paid for. 

I need a quick assistance in order to fix this situation.
