Trying to configure a new trial product

I have been using Soraco with FastSpring for 4 years and the initial integration between the FastSpring shopping cart and QLM was set up by a team member who is not longer part of the company. While everything has been working well, I am now trying to add a new product variation and having trouble trying to figure out how to hook the pieces together.

In the FastSpring UI, my existing (2 week) trial product is configured to target the "Remote URL the system will access to generate a license" of:

qlm2.net/<myqlmservername>/qlmlicenseserver/qlmservice.asmx/GetActivationKey?is_args=FastSpring_<myproduct>_Trial_GetActivationKey

As far as I can find, there is nothing in FastSpring that passes the number of days in addition to the above.

In the QLM Console, I have a license product called Trial.  When someone "purchases" this item, it automatically creates the activation code with a Subscription Duration of 14 days.  And it's been working well for 4 years.

Now what I'd like to do is create a new 90 day extended trial license.  I want everything to be identical to the Trail license, except for the duration. But what I'm trying to figure out is how to hook these things together.  The piece I seem to be missing is where the "remote URL" for the qlm licensing server gets defined, and how to assign it the default value of 90 days.  Can anyone help (or point me to the correct documentation to this?)
