How can I uninstall the QLM Manager?

I have installed the QLM Manager on the D drive of my PC.

I tried to uninstall the QLM Manager from my PC to install the QLM Manager on someone else's PC.

 

However, It did not uninstall. 

 

I deleted it from the control panel, but it didn't respond.

 

How can I uninstall the QLM Manager?

  Yes.

  Right-click and select Remove, but it doesn't respond.

  For your information, I installed the QLM Manager in D drive.

  A security program installed on my PC have interfered with the uninstallation.
