Sending Organisation specific info to users during licence validation

Hi folks,

I'm looking at a way to get a 'largish' about of data (approx 2Kb) of Organisation specific data through to each licence upon validation. 

Organisation notes work well, but is limited to about 256 characters. 

I've looked at product properties, which has the size I would need, BUT needs the data duplicated for each licence, rather than pulled for the organisation. 

Any thought of possible solutions?

  This will be fixed in the next update planned for the week of Sept 9 2019. The issue is strictly a UI issue since the DB field that stored the Organization Notes is a nvarchar(max) field (2GB).

  Fantastic news folks. That will save me a HEAP of data duplication. (Not to mention sync work of finding the individual licences vs Organisation),.

  Will our API framework need to be updated? Or will the current ones support the increased size as well? (Ie did someone else along the API pipeline also 'assume' 256 characters?).

  AFAIK, it's just a UI issue. The framework supports the large size.

  This issue is now resolved in the latest update.
