QLM forgetting license key

HI

Using an old version of QLM express in my software (Desktop app, local offline validation only).  I've have reports that it is validating but not remembering keys recently (they are requested each start-up).  This seems to happen on new Windows 10 computers.

Do you know anything I can check for?
