The customer tries to apply an activation key, but QLM says it is invalid. This occurs in our 64-bit application.
The activation key is shown in QLM, Manage Keys page, so it is valid.
Moreover, when the customer applies the key in the 32-bit application on the same computer, the application is successfully activates.
On many other computers (of other customers), the same activation key is successfully used either in 64-bit application or in 32-bit application.
