When no features are selected, the English word that' s used is: None

According to Microsoft's Language Portal, the German translation for None is Keiner.

If you believe there's a better translation, let us know what the proper term would be.

Basically correct but German language is terribly complicated when it comes to gender & articles. Correct translation in this context is "Keine" (leave out the trailing "r").

Better solution for us would be to have this translation not done at all? Because we send all communication in English to all customers, so I am wondering where the translation comes into play anyhow. Can you point out where to set such language settings?

    Thank you!

    Thanks for the input.

If you want to turn off the translation, you can simply remove the language resource files on the server. The resource files are typically located in:

    C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Qlm\QlmLicenseServer\bin\<language_code>

If we are hosting your License Server, please contact us at support@soraco.co to request this change.

I did this - deleting the language code directories from C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Qlm\QlmLicenseServer\bin\

Restarted the server. Still getting a wrong feature naming in e-mails.

Any idea where else such translations are residing and how to deactivate them?

It's weird to have a mixture of English and other languages in any case.

Can you please clarify how you are triggering the emails? Are these scheduled tasks, trial email requests, emails sent from the QLM Portal?
