How to register qlmLicenseLib.tlb and dll with InstallShield LE?

LE lacks the ability to run Installscript and the self registration produces a 1904 unable to register.

In the COM NET settings for the files, I set the file to self-register and turn on COM Interop. (along with aother permutations of settings) but it no go.

  We are not familiar with Installshield LE. Perhaps you could ask Installshield.

  Self-registration doesn't work. However I found that in the COM & .NET Settings for the QLMLicenseLib.dll setting the RegistrationType to Extract COM Information, and in the .NET Properties checked COM Interop (Installer Class UNchecked) it seems to install and uninstall properly.
