Error creating activation key

Creating the activation key on QLM Pro I receive this message and the key is not generated.

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction: http://www.interactive-studios.net/qlmweb/IssueActivationKeyEx3.
   at System.Web.Services.Protocols.Soap11ServerProtocolHelper.RouteRequest()
   at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapServerProtocol.Initialize()
   at System.Web.Services.Protocols.ServerProtocolFactory.Create(Type type, HttpContext context, HttpRequest request, HttpResponse response, Boolean& abortProcessing)

 

Any clue?

  Hi Paul

  You will get this error if you upgraded your QLM Management Console to the latest version but your License Server is still running an older version.

  Assuming you are currently running QLM v8, this procedure should do the job.
