Upgrading to QLM v9

Hi,

I just upgraded to QLM v9 and it tells me I can't activate it because all licenses have already been activated.

Another question I have, just to be sure: will the existing installations continue to work with the new QLM v9 service? The current installations are using QLM 8 assemblies for .NET 4, and the QLM Engine 5.

  Hi Arturo

   

  1. Are you  trying to activate on the same machine? Since this issue is specific to your installation, it is better to deal with it off the forum so that we can exchange license information.

  2. The QLM v9 license server is backward compatible with the previous version.

  I just edited out my activation key, as I thought this was a private support ticket.
