Trial license for existing customer

If an existing customer want to test another product, how could I generate a trial license for him automatically. Thanks

  I have seen the above atricle and still no idea.

  Actually one customer want to get the trial key of one product by the registration form on the customer site. But it seems it is impossible to do it if the customer is already registried because of another product. I need check if the customer has own trial key for this product, only if not, he should get a key to test.

  Could you tell me how could I implement it? Thanks

  There are several Server Properties that control this behavior.

  Take a look at the attached screenshot as well as the server properties link above. You can access these settings from Manage Keys / Sites.

  My guess is that you should uncheck "preventRegistrationIfCustomer".
