QLM Wizard Control - "TRY" Button

Hi,

I'm trying to enable the "Try" Button onto the Qlm Wizard Control that I"m using in my .Net WinForms Application. I see from the API that the control has the property called "QlmShowTryButton". I've both enabled this in the .xml file and in the .cs file and still am not able to see the Try Button.

Please note that, only time I could see the Try Button is when trial mode is already activated (using Trial License). This is not the behavior we're looking for.

We would like that when the users run and there's no existing license, they can either click on Try and get the Trial license automatically OR click on "Activate my License" and input any existing license (subscription license, that we emailed them).

What am I missing here.

  In QLM v11 and earlier, the behavior of the Try button is described here.

  As of QLM v12, you can set the QlmUseTryButtonToCreateTrialKey to get the behavior that you are looking for.

  Thank you for the quick Response. My query was regarding the "QLM Wizard Control", but not the "QLM License Wizard". As mentioned, I see an option for Trial Key in the "QLM Wizard Control", but it only appears when Trial Mode is already activated and I want it to appear even before the Trial Mode is activated so the user can click on that to proceed with the Trial Mode.

  Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

  Please note that, "Get Full Version", is the Buy Button customized. I'm looking for the "Try" button to be displayed on this control.

  You are using an older version of the QLM License Wizard that does not support this feature (.NET 2).

  You need to use the .NET 4 version of the QLM License Wizard.
