Exceptions thrown in debug when connecting to license server

Hi,

QLM version: 11.1.18241.2

There are exceptions thrown from QLMLicenseLib whenever the code is trying to connect is run in debug mode under Visual Studio

The exception "Microsoft C++ exception: _com_error at memory location" is thrown from the following methods among others

ValidateLicenseOnServer()

Ping()

IsLicenseKeyRevoked

The application runs fine when running without the debug symbols

Any ideas?

  These exceptions occur if you are trying to call QLM APIs in a debugger from a system that does not have a QLM license.

  Our EULA stipulates that every developer that uses the QLM API requires a QLM license. You would therefore need to purchase a license to resolve this.
