As of QLM v14.1, you can provide your customers access to a customer portal that allows them to manage their licenses and users. The QLM Customer Portal is only available to customers who purchased the QLM Portal.
You can view a demo of the Customer Portal here. Use the following credentials to login or login with a Facebook, Google or Azure account.
User: qlmdemo
Password: qlmweb30!
Login
A customer can log in to the QLM Customer Portal using one of 4 methods:
- A user/password that you create for the customer
- A Facebook account that has the same email address as a QLM customer
- A Google account that has the same email address as a QLM customer
- An Azure AD account that has the same email address as a QLM customer
Organizations and license access
If the user that logs in is the primary or secondary contact of an organization, the user has access to all licenses associated with the organization. The user is also able to manage user accounts and modify the primary and secondary contact of the organization.
If the user that logs in is not the primary or secondary contact of an organization or does not belong to an organization, the user can manage all license keys associated with his/her email.
License Management
A user that logs in can perform the following operation on licenses:
- Activate a key
- Deactivate a key
- View release notes and download the latest eligible update
User Management
If the user that logs in is the primary or secondary contact of an organization, the user can perform the following operation on licenses:
- Add a user
- Delete a user
- Edit a user
If the user that logs in is not the primary or secondary contact of an organization or does not belong to an organization, the user can perform the following operation on licenses:
- Edit a user
