Activates a license key with an authorization code generated by calling QlmLicense.ActivateLicenseByEmail.
To use a proxy server, you must set the UseProxyServer, ProxyUser, ProxyDomain and ProxyPassword properties prior to calling this function.
Note that you must call DefineProduct before calling ActivateLicense.

Parameters
webServiceUrl - URL to the QLM License Server
authorizationCode - the 6 digit authorization code received by email
computerID - Unique computer identfier
computerName - Name of computer
qlmVersion - Version of the QLM Engine to use
userData1 - User data to associate with the license key
affiliateID - ID of affiliate
response - XML fragment containing the result of the call. The Xml fragment schema is as follows:
